The Illinois Public Employer Labor Relations Association, IPELRA, is formed
to provide the highest standard of excellence in assisting and representing all public sector employers in the area of labor and employee relations.
MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & DUES
PRINCIPAL MEMBERSHIP - open to any person, elected or employed by a government jurisdiction including a school system or school board, who has primary responsibility for that jurisdiction’s labor relations administration and activity exclusively on behalf of management.
Annual Dues: $190.00
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - open to any other person elected or employed by a government jurisdiction including a school system or school board, who has an interest in labor relations and who is recommended by the jurisdiction’s principal member.
Annual Dues: $160.00
AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP - open to any firm, association, organization or corporation with special knowledge, experience or interest in public sector labor relations, exclusively on the management side, possessing the desire to aid and further the objectives of the Association on behalf of management interests.
Annual Dues: $225.00
AGENCY MEMBERSHIP - open to any unit of local government, any institution of higher education or department or agency of state government or inter-governmental organizations. Each agency will receive four copies of the IPELRA newsletter and all other materials. Agency members are able to send an unlimited number of employees to conferences and seminars at the individual membership rate.
Annual Dues: $450.00
Dues are subject to review by the membership at each annual conference.
